Employee Relations Advisor – 12 month FTC - Nottingham
£29,000.00 per annum
We are currently recruiting for the above position. The core focus of the role is to provide credible and compliant advice and guidance to line managers and employees on all people matters including disciplinary, capability, grievance, performance management, consultation processes and absence management. The successful candidate will build effective relationships across the organisation to promote positive employee relations and engagement.
In addition the candidate will maintain responsibility for documenting all processes and supporting in drafting relevant documentation, as well as support in making recommendations to improve existing policies and procedures and implement new policies and procedures as required.
The ideal candidate will have excellent technical Employee Relations and Employment Law knowledge, as well as demonstrable experience of case management and working in partnership with managers, trade unions and employee forums.
It would be advantageous to have experience of working within a public sector body and managing project work.
