Please accept our apologies, but we are currently experiencing temporary technical issues which are preventing licence renewals, applications and other processes from being completed on our online licensing portal.
If you are a labour user and use our Active Check service, please contact us if you receive notification that a licence has expired so that we can check that this is correct.
We are working to have this rectified as soon as possible. For any issues that are of a time-critical nature, please contact the Licensing team on licensing@gla.gov.uk or call 0345 602 5020.
To access the Licensing Portal click the link below.
Please note that it may take some time for your licence application to be processed as we’re currently dealing with a high volume of checks. Please bear with us while we process your application.
Thank you for applying for a GLAA licence.
Please be aware that once you have paid the fee and the background checks have been completed then you will be contacted to provide additional documentation.
All applicants will have 7 working days to respond directly to the allocated Inspector from the date this request is sent.
