Is your GLAA licence due for renewal?

Currently renewal reminders are being sent via email only as we have limited access to our office.

Please check your junk folder for renewal reminders from our Licensing team. We have had reports that some emails have been marked as junk and therefore not been received. Ensure you add no-replylicensing@gla.gov.uk to your safe sender list.

The renewal of the licence is the responsibility of the business regardless of whether the business has or has not received a renewal notice and steps and systems should be put in place to ensure a timely renewal. It is for this reason the licence has the expiry date clearly printed on the certificate.
