Response: 1. On 3 July 2020, one of our officers attended a multi-agency visit co-ordinated by Leicestershire Police to a garment factory near Brighton Road. During this visit, one person was arrested by Immigration Enforcement and some minor HSE issues were identified. The GLAA was not the lead agency for this visit. You may wish to submit an FOI request to the Leicestershire police via their website: https://www.leics.police.uk/foi-ai/af/accessing-information/what-is-the-freedom-of-information-act/
2. When considering your second question, the GLAA considers the information you have requested exempt under section 30 (2)(a)(iii) of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). We are unable to release this amount of information as it may relate to ongoing investigations. You may wish to narrow down your request as you have in your first question and resubmit an FOI to us at foi@gla.gov.uk.
