Subject: GLA Liaison Group Meetings pre-2010 |

Question(s): a) Please confirm the GLA Board Meeting on the 16th of June 2010 (or similar) did not go ahead? b) Please provide copies of minutes of meetings for the Worker Representative Liaison Group Meeting on the 9th June 2010, Labour User Liaison Group Meeting 20th May 2010, Labour Provider Liaison Group meeting 26th May 2010. These would be the fourth meetings of their groups. c) Please also provide the fifth meetings of the groups as per section b.

Response: a) We refer you to our previous FOI response 22-23 06 in which we said “There were no Board meetings between those on 21 April 2010 and 25 November 2010. You will see they are consecutively named ‘twenty-sixth board meeting’ and ‘twenty-seventh board meeting’.” b-c) In line with our Retention and Destruction policy, information held relating to liaison group meetings for the period you have requested was deleted from our shared drive in May 2022. However, several published Board and sub-group minutes have remained available on the GLAA website. Under our duty to assist (section 16 of FOIA), we have pulled together a timeline for the meetings identified in your request and the minutes we available on our website below:
This information will be deleted in the future from our website in line with our retention and destruction policy. We therefore recommend you download the minutes you require. You will also be able to find information on the National Archive page.
