Duration – Permanent
£50,000 - £57,500 per annum plus additional benefits
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join the GLAA and lead the GLAA People team. You will play a key role in developing our HR function and people agenda, providing expertise across strategic workforce planning, talent management, diversity and inclusion, complex casework, change management, and HR policy. As a strategic HR partner, you will act as a ‘critical friend’ and coach to senior stakeholders, helping to shape and deliver HR plans that align with the needs of the GLAA. You’ll lead a HR team driving collaboration and solution-focused approaches, supporting senior leaders with high-quality, customer-focused advice.
